Terms of Service

Pigeon is in early access. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable or contain bugs. Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access by a particular date. We let people in in batches.

Pigeon connects to accounts you hold with WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and the tools you choose to connect. You remain responsible for following those services’ own terms.

Pigeon is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, Discord or any connected service.

• Don’t use Pigeon to send spam, harass people, or break the law.
• Don’t try to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Keep your login details secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

Summaries, drafts and assistant answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them. The assistant never sends, edits, deletes or forwards a message until you tap Allow, and you are responsible for what you choose to send.

Your messages and data remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Pigeon and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk.

Pigeon is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost messages or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

We may update these terms as Pigeon develops. We’ll change the date above and tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
